1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for new, unworn, unused, and resellable products.
  • The products must be returned in their original condition, including:
  • All original packaging (inner and outer boxes)
  • All protective stickers, tags, plastic wraps, and seals intact (where applicable)
  • All accompanying documents, warranty card, certificates of authenticity, manuals, and accessories
  • No scratches, marks, engravings, alterations, or signs of wear
  • Personalized, custom-engraved, limited-edition, or specially ordered products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order (or shorter if required by local law).

To start a return:

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the products and packaging (required for approval).
  • We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Unauthorized returns (sent without prior approval) may be refused or subject to additional fees.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Buyer’s remorse/change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated insurance. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured carrier.
  • Defective / damaged / incorrect item: We will provide a prepaid return label (or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt and verification).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective on arrival, etc.).

4. Inspection Upon Return

All returned products are thoroughly inspected by our team upon receipt.

  • If the product meets all conditions above, → refund processed.
  • If the product shows signs of use, damage, missing items/parts, or tampered packaging → return may be rejected, or a restocking fee of up to 15–20% (minimum $100–$200 depending on model value) may be applied. We will notify you before proceeding.

5. Refunds

  • Once approved and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund includes the purchase price of the products (minus any applicable restocking fees or deductions).
  • Shipping, handling, insurance, and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable in cases of change of mind.
  • Gift cards, promotional credits, or partial payments may be refunded as store credit only.

6. Exchanges

We happily assist with exchanges for a different model, size, or color (subject to availability).

  • Follow the same return process above.
  • If exchanging for a lower-value item, the difference will be issued as store credit.
  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will be charged the difference plus any applicable shipping.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If your products arrive damaged, defective, or not as described:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery is ideal) with photos and a detailed description.
  • We will arrange inspection, repair (if possible under warranty), replacement, or full refund, including original shipping costs.

8. Warranty Information

All our products come with the manufacturer’s international warranty (typically 1–3 years depending on the model). Returns for warranty service should be directed through our authorized service channels after the initial return window. Please refer to your warranty card or contact us for details.

9. International Returns

For orders shipped outside China:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for returns.
