Arguably our favourite Rolex model at Wynn & Thayne, this yellow gold Day-Date in 36mm Ref.\u00a0118238 is a beauty to behold. Recently serviced by Rolex in 2022 and coming from its one and only owner it’s ready for a new journey.<\/p>\n
This\u00a0specific iteration\u00a0of the iconic Day-Date pairs high polish 18k yellow gold with a crisp\u00a0white dial. The\u00a0Day-Date model is iconic for\u00a0the day of the week spelled out in full at 12 o’clock and the date via the window at 3 o’clock. Hour markers are indexed in\u00a018k yellow gold batons with luminesce fill – which is also seen in the hands. The\u00a0118238\u00a0began in the 2000’s and features the caliber\u00a03155\u00a0movement, this features a\u00a0quickset date and day\u00a0mechanism powered via the twin-lock crown. The iconic Presidential bracelet contains its full links and is in\u00a0great condition with\u00a0zero stretch.\u00a0Only minor hairline scratches are seen across the links. The watch comes with it’s original inner box, outer box, COSC tag, serial swing tag, leather wallet, booklets, original card from 2016 & Rolex service card from 2022.<\/p>\n
